      A three-way pneumatic manifold distributes air pressure evenly, ensuring all ejector plungers operate synchronously for stable performance.

      Food-grade polyurethane tubing and heavy-duty metal quick-connect fittings provide reliable sealing under high pressure and help prevent air leakage during continuous operation.

      Ejector Mold Assembly

      Dual cylinders deliver consistent downward force, enabling clean and stable product release even when processing high-viscosity meat mixtures or surimi.

      Ejector cups are CNC-machined from high-density non-stick polymer. They are odor-free, durable, hygienic, and designed to meet relevant FDA, CE, and HACCP requirements.

      The multi-plunger assembly is designed for quick removal, allowing efficient cleaning and fast mold changeover.

      Quick-Release Mold Plate Linkage and Stroke Locking Mechanism

      The mold plate can be replaced in approximately 3 minutes without wrenches or complex tools, while maintaining portion weight deviation within 1%.

      The anti-vibration locking structure withstands high-frequency impact of up to 60 cycles per minute, ensuring stable operation during continuous production.
