Multifunctional fresh meat cutting line is designed for cutting of deboned poultry and livestock meat, producing uniform slices as well as strips and cubes. It is suitable for chicken breast, beef, duck breast, lamb and fish.
The unique electric roller drive eliminates the need for chains and gears, ensuring smoother and more stable operation. Cutting thickness is adjustable, and even fresh meat up to 50 mm thick can be cut with ease. Customized cutting thicknesses are also available.
The line offers efficient and uniform cutting of fresh poultry and red meat, saving time and labor while delivering high output and excellent yield rates within precise weight ranges.
Cutting width and thickness can be adjusted by changing the blade sets.
